“Holy and Whole Self-Care: Loving Ourselves as God’s Beautiful Creation” Chair yoga, artwork, guided Scripture meditation, and a time to feed our souls. How is it with your soul? If you are worn-out and weary, struggling to keep the faith, or need a re-igniting of your Spirit, just lean-in to this retreat. Join us for an intentional time of rest and renewal alongside moments of worship, fun and laughter. We will focus on prayer practices, do some meditation, and talk about how we can keep our hearts soft in a world that is often so hard. No matter where you find yourself in your journey of faith, you are welcome here. Retreat leaders are Rev. Hillary Thurston-Cox, Pastor at UMC of Ludington and Rev. Julie Elmore, Pastor at Chapel Hill UMC, Battle Creek.
